Geolocation Games on iOS in Mexico: Q2 2025 Performance

During the second quarter of 2025, the performance of top geolocation games on the iOS platform in Mexico showed varied trends. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides insights into weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for the leading apps.

Pokémon GO from Niantic, Inc. displayed a notable spike in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $207K in late June. Downloads increased steadily, reaching around 11.7K in the final week, while active users rose significantly from 131K to 159K over the quarter.

Tamadog - Puppy Pet Dog Games by APPSYOULOVE LTD experienced a decline in weekly downloads from 1.3K to just over 280 by the end of June. Revenue fluctuated, peaking at $1K mid-April, before tapering off to around $590. Active users decreased from 1.5K to 838 during the quarter.

Jurassic World Alive from Jeux Ludia Inc. saw a gradual increase in downloads, ending the quarter at 641. Revenue also rose, reaching a high of $971 in late June. The app maintained a steady active user base, slightly increasing to about 1.8K.

Pikmin Bloom, another title from Niantic, Inc., showed a stable revenue stream, with minor fluctuations, peaking at $478 in mid-April. Downloads remained low, averaging around 50 per week, while active users decreased slightly from 1.3K to 1.1K.

Monster Hunter Now also by Niantic, Inc., exhibited low download numbers, with a peak of 35 in April. Revenue varied, hitting a high of $580 in early June. Active users remained high, averaging around 8K throughout the quarter.
